A WORD ABOUT OUR RIBS: We use the meatiest and largest pork baby back ribs we can find. Each rib weighs over 2 pounds. Our baby back ribs are rubbed with Hank's Rib Rub 12 hours before they are grilled over charcoal and hickory. We baste our ribs every 30 minutes with a red wine vinegar baste while pit smoking for 6 hours. These are the REAL DEAL!
