Small Group Package
Our Small Group Packages are perfect for those smaller events or that don't meet our $500 minimum for full service. These packages are designed for self serve buffet service.
The following menus are grouped for ease of ordering. However, feel free to pick and choose from all three tiers to create a menu to suit your tastes. We require a minimum of 20 folks and suggest a 5 day advance order to ensure complete menu availability.
All foods are packed in separate disposable insulated containers and then packed in shelved boxes for ease of handling. All Small Group Packages include serving utensils, cutlery, napkins and disposable plate ware. Dessert Bars included in each package are an assortment of Walnut Brownies or Chocolate Chip Blondies.

- Please specify HOT or COLD
- Pick Up from Hank's Smokehouse everyday or Hank's Marketplace at the Dayton Farmer's Market every Thursday, Friday or Saturday
- Add drink variety to include: sodas and bottled water $1.00 per person (ice and cups for an additional 50 cents)
- Specify sandwich buns or homemade bread loaves
- PICK UP or DELIVERY ($30 Delivery Fee)
