Return policy

At Hank's Smokehouse, we are sure that you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied we will give you a refund or store credit. Just return the unused unopened product to us within 15 days of purchase. The Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless we have shipped the wrong item to you. The customer must contact us through email to explain their reason for return. (hanksllc@earthlink.net) If your items arrive broken, please let us know as soon as possible. All shipments are insured.

Shipping

We use FedEx Ground (3-5 days) to ship our products to USA and Canada. In most cases this is the least expensive method for shipment. We may choose to ship via USPS for specific locations or to help speed up or reduce the cost of shipping the item to you. We are not responsible for fees charged to you by your receiving country.

Most orders will ship within 48 hours.
