Full Service Menus
The following menus are only sample packages and can be customized to meet your needs. All packages include service ware as indicated and are priced for buffet service. Upgrades in serviceware are avialable upon request Plated Service is avialable upon request for an additional charge. There is a $500 minumum for our full service packages. Hors'doeuvres and bar service can also be added to any package for an addtional charge.

Picnic - A very affordable package that features Hank's famous barbecue and other fixins'
Barbecue - Grilled meats over charcoal and hickory, perfect for picnics and ideal for casual lunches and dinners.
Casual - The perfect package for any occasion from Birthday dinners to an engagement party with a wide variety of menu options sure to please.
Black Tie - Celebrate your special occasions with us. This package is perfect for weddings and rehersal dinners and features unique and premium menu options.
Additional Information:
- We can provide beer, wine and bartenders. Please ask for prices.
- Standard service time is two hours
- Costs include travel within 30 minutes. Travel fees may apply and will depend on size of party and location.
- Leftovers are available to client.
